Shipping Policy

Unfortunately, Earkabobz does not ship outside the US at this time. Delivery times vary depending on your delivery address and order times throughout the day. We process and package orders Monday-Friday. Holidays will affect shipping times due to USPS delays and closures. Please allow 1-3 business days to process your order and up to 5 days to receive your order thereafter. Your tracking number will automatically be sent to you by email once your order reaches SHIPPING status. You can track your order here on our website through your account or by your emailed tracking link.

Reshipping Fees

Please double check your shipping and email address to ensure that the information you provided is correct at check out. If your shipping address is flagged by the shipping company, we will try to contact you via email. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, we will cancel your order and automatically send you a refund. We do this as a courtesy to try to prevent our customers from paying a reshipping fee.

If you notice that you entered the wrong address and need to make changes, please contact us immediately so we correct the address prior to shipping. If the order is deemed undeliverable and sent back to us, we will contact you regarding a $5 reshipping fee.

Refunds

All merchandise is re-examined for quality assurance prior to packaging and shipping. In the event items are damaged during shipping please contact us by email, Instagram or WhatsApp immediately. We value our customers and will provide replacements as we see fit. If the item is out of stock we will provide a coupon code with the item(s) amount if you'd like to receive a different style.

In the event your package is shipped with the incorrect address provided at check out and is delivered to the wrong address, please contact USPS to dispute the package. We will not honor refunds for lost orders after it reaches the shipping company. We also will not refund customers for orders processed with the wrong address or missing values from the address, unless the order is returned.
